The keyboard:
-Aluminum body is precisely cut and free of dings or burrs.
-The plate has a gentle flex to it due to the silicone gaskets, hard to explain how nice it feels coming from a solid metal plate on case keyboard (dz60)
-Stabs were very thoroughly greased from the factory
-The included USBC is very high quality
-The software is easy to use but I don't like some keys can't be re-mapped
- I loaded it up with Boba u4 silent switches and it's a very quiet board, the plate holds my switches tightly and aligned well
-Not sure if a pro or con but the keyboard weighs a ton, I like it since it doesn't leave my desk, but for a travel board stick to acrylic
-included tape doesn't grab well, went with 3m delicate surface tape instead (blue one).
The shop:
-Lightning quick response to questions and very fast shipping
