The parts where the steel wire and plastic parts come into contact are all covered with a softer TPU material. This reduces rattle by a great amount and only a little lube is needed on the housing and the wire to have a great sounding stabilizer. Some people even use these stabilizers dry.
Personally I lube the housing with Krytox 205g0 and coat the end of the wire in a thin layer of Krytox XHT-BDZ but 205g0 works just as well.
This updated kit comes with a new packaging and two variants.
Both variants include a 6.25u and 7u spacebar wire in the packaging!
